✅ If the item has quality issues (such as defects or damage upon arrival), we offer a full refund or replacement.
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
Innerwear Items (such as bras and underwear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a quality issue.
Returns due to personal preference (e.g., "I don’t like it" / "It doesn’t fit" / "Wrong Sizes") will only be accepted if the item remains unopened and meets our return conditions.
Clearance or giveaway items are non-refundable.
