We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase at My Florgen. If you received faulty items, you may request a return or refund within days of receiving your item. Please ensure that the item meets our return conditions for a smooth refund process.


2. Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its sealed original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ A return request must be submitted within days of receiving the product, along with a valid proof of purchase (order number, payment receipt, etc.).
✅ If the item has quality issues (such as defects or damage upon arrival), we offer a full refund or replacement.

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Innerwear Items (such as bras and underwear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a quality issue.

  • Returns due to personal preference (e.g., "I don’t like it" / "It doesn’t fit" / "Wrong Sizes") will only be accepted if the item remains unopened and meets our return conditions.

  • Clearance or giveaway items are non-refundable.
